    • Your safety is our top priority. Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our dedicated event staff. Report any safety concerns promptly.

5.     Registration and Eligibility:

    • Confirm your proper registration and eligibility before participating in any activities. Provide accurate information during registration, and inform us of any changes promptly.

6.     Equipment and Attire:

    • Use the appropriate equipment and wear the specified attire for each activity. Ensure your equipment meets safety standards to guarantee a secure and enjoyable experience.

7.     Timeliness:

    • Arrive on time for scheduled activities, and follow the event timeline. Punctuality is key to maximizing your participation and enjoyment.

8.     Code of Conduct:

    • Adhere to a positive and inclusive code of conduct. Any disruptive or offensive behavior may result in consequences, including expulsion from Youth Combine USA.

9.     Communication:

    • Maintain clear and respectful communication. Utilize designated channels for inquiries or concerns to ensure efficient and effective assistance.

10.  Photography and Media:

    • Participants may be photographed or recorded during the event. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in Youth Combine USA promotional materials.

11.  Drug and Alcohol Policy:

    • The consumption of drugs or alcohol during the event is strictly prohibited. Participants under the influence may face immediate disqualification.

12.  Prizes and Awards:

    • Prizes and awards, if applicable, will be distributed based on performance, adherence to rules, and embodying the spirit of fair play. Decisions by the organizers are final.
