This Site is not intended for use by anyone who constitutes as a minor. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you have declared that you are of legal age to consent to and form a legally binded contract.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is the users responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly to be informed of the changes made. The continued use of the Youth Combine USA site represents your acceptance in the event of such changes.

As part of the process of registering for the Youth Combine USA, you will be expected to provide personal information for yourself and the minor(s) for which you are completing the application for. By applying, you agree that any inputted information is true, accurate, current and complete for all applicants.

Governing Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the state of Delaware, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes.
