By accessing this site, whether or not you choose to become a registered user/participant of the Youth Combine USA, you acknowledge your agreement of these Terms & Conditions, which by accepting you have recognized to have read and understood. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to access this Site and are therefore unauthorized to apply on behalf of any person(s) to be a participant in Youth Combine USA events.

This Site is not intended for use by anyone who constitutes as a minor. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you have declared that you are of legal age to consent to and form a legally binded contract. 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is the users responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly to be informed of the changes made. The continued use of the Youth Combine USA site represents your acceptance in the event of such changes.

As part of the process of registering for the Youth Combine USA, you will be expected to provide personal information for yourself and the minor(s) for which you are completing the application for. By applying, you agree that any inputted information is true, accurate, current and complete for all applicants.

Therefore, you agree that all Terms & Conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that Youth Combine USA may provide electronically by email or via the Site, satisfy any legal requirement, including and not limited to, those communications in writing.

Governing Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, excluding its conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the state of Delaware, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes.
